He meant that you look at the file /etc/aliases (perhaps with an
editor like vi) and add the entry like this:
faxmaster: pippo@???
Then save the file.
After that, try to run a command like this:
exim -bt faxmaster
If it says something to do with pippo@???, then you are done!
