Personally I would want to know exactly WHO is listed before I thought of
using it - after all it could contain certain domains that I specifically
(for whatever reason) want blocked.

I can see big problems listing domains who also do hosting (e.g. Yahoo who
Marc has already said is on the list) and whose servers are regularly are
used for spam.

Are the IP's listed checked against other blacklists ? If so how often is
that done ? How long would it take for those IP's to be removed from the No
Blacklist List once they DID appear in Spamhaus (for instance) ? I ask this
as it's quite possible that someone who is considered white hat (not that
Yahoo could be called that in any shape or form) suddenly becomes a problem
and lands in Spamhaus. The IP range could also suddenly change ownership.

What exactly are the criteria for "listing" in the first place ?

I am not criticising the concept - but a lot of questions need answering
first !!
