That will probably work, but I find it easier to seperate this into
two or more clauses, 'cos 'endpass' is sooo confusing.
Eg:
(in the main config)
hostlist spf_bypass_domains = blah.example : foo.example
(in the ACL)
accept sender_domains = +spf_bypass_domains
log_message = Accepted from $sender_address_domain
deny message = $sender_host_address is not allowed to send mail from \
$sender_address_domain
spf = fail
