[exim] Using Exim 4.68+ with DSPAM 3.8.0

Could someone advise where to find the documentation/tutorials on
installing DSPAM 3.8.0 to work with Exim 4.68 (or later)?

The existing DSPAM Wiki offers out-of-date information on that (e.g.,
configuration command uses parameters that are not recognized by the
DSPAM 3.8.0).
