Nope.

You need to define the list at the start of the config like so:

domainlist domains_we_reject = *.foo.com : *.bar.com : \
*.other.com :\
*.someotherdomain.net

Then in your MAIL ACL:

  deny sender_domains = +domains_we_reject
       message        = You are in my list of banned sender domains.
