[exim] Verify if user exist

Hi to all

I use debian with exim4 (split configuration)

I'd like verify if user exist, if not exist the user, drop connection. I
read:

the part recipient verification, but don't work

server:~# vi /etc/exim4/conf.d/acl/30_exim4-config_check_rcpt

deny    message   = REJECTED - Recipient Verify Failed - User Not Found

        domains   = +all_mail_handled_locally
        !verify   = recipient/callout=2m,defer_ok,use_sender

Where is the file to add the code ?
