[exim] fatal bounces / cut off time

Dear all,

When there is a fatal bounce for account example1@???, and
there comes another message which should be delivered to
example2@??? (same domain) by remote_smtp, the message
example2@ is immediately bounced (because of previous problems with
that domain).

I set up delay_after_cutoff = false for remote_smtp transport. This
way emails are not bounced immediately but tried at least once.
However, since I have a temporary problem with deliveries to one
domain (Yahoo that is), I would like *each* email to be queued for 4
days (as specified in retry configuration).

Can this be achieved?
