We have already tried that option of turning off of optimization flag, but in
vain. I am still working on it. And post stack traces to the crash. The good
news is that it works very well with gcc. But we will have a problem of
handling xlc and gcc mixture.
I observed something while running ./configure, that it said type traits
usability - yes, presence - yes when CC=gcc, CXX=g++; and the same are "no" for
xlc and xlC compilers. I noticed the presence of these traits related calls in
std::. May be native libraries are failing to handle the allocation and
cleaning of memory. Thats just shooting in the darkness, I have no idea of type
traits.
I will post more information on this.
