That's not an error, it's information. You may have an error in your
configuration that's causing messages to be routed incorrectly making
them, as far as exim is concerned, temporarily undeliverable (i.e. a DNS
lookup for a misspelled host is timing out). This informational message
might be emitted when that's the case.
