The purpose of a bounce message is inform the sender that there has been
an error so that they may change their behavior and not continue to send
messages that will create the same error over and over.

Perhaps instead of turning off bounce messages, you should read them or
write a program to read them that will remove addresses that don't work
from your list of addresses. There are a number of methods available to
change the sending address to encode the recipient in it so you can tell
exactly which address are rejected.
