Apologies, I misread the question - I didn't spot that you already knew that
ratelimit existed. So, the answer to your question is to use the "per_rcpt"
option of ratelimit, in your acl_smtp_rcpt, and also look into overriding the
default key (e.g. to use $sender_address instead). But the above link to the
docs is still the one you need.
