[exim] ratelimit rcpt per sender

Hi,

can i use the ratelimit feature to limit the amount of recipients
each sender mail address is allowed to send.

Like user hans@??? should only be able to send e-mails
to 50 recipients. Doesn't matter if he will do that with one mail or
50 single mails.

If there is such a feature in what ACL section it must be?
