[exim] throttle email sending speed

Dear all,


I have a big mailing list with >4000 addresses. I put them in a mailman list on my server. But I don't how to configure my exim to delay the outgoing email rate to avoid them being mistaken as spam. Could someone here tell me how to implement it in the exim.conf file? Thanks very much in advance!
