Summary: ABI breakage in PCRE 7.6
           Product: PCRE
           Version: N/A
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: bug
          Priority: medium
         Component: Code
        AssignedTo: ph10@???
        ReportedBy: jan@???
                CC: pcre-dev@???

The pcrecpp::no_arg patch that should fix the export of no_arg on windows
breaks ABI on linux, which means that applications using this symbol have to be
recompiled (gnome-system-monitor for example).

On archlinux, we will ship a 7.6 package with the patch reverted, which makes
our package compatible with <7.6 releases.
