[exim] archiving all outgoing mails

Hello everyone,

Corporate policy requires me to archive all outgoing mail (that is,
everything not delivered to fteu.de). Is there a way to do that with
exim? It's not necessary to do this on a per-user basis, one big
grep-able file will suffice :-)
