I wouldn't agree in every case. If the logs are too verbose it may
become very hard to get a good overview. Especially if you're dealing
with 3 or 4 logs to check the routing of an email. Having a verbose and
non verbose log working in sync could help I figure.

Still, log_selector = +smtp_incomplete_transaction may come in handy.
