To make a router run only for some senders (that is, based on the SMTP
envelope sender), use a "senders" router precondition: see

and
http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch15.html .
This can be applied to any router.
If that doesn't help, what specifically are you trying to achieve, and what
have you tried already?
