Talk to Zimbra, they will help. I'm pretty sure though you won't be able to use exim, it's pretty heavily integrated with postfix's configuration

Currently i have Exim+Mysql in my current enviroment. I came across zimbra
and found it very useful. MTA used with zimbra is Postfix with ldap lookups.
I want to use zimbra with exim + mysql lookups. Kindly let me know if
somebody has already tried it and tested it.
