[exim] Announce: "exim-users-de" - german language based mai…

Hello *,

thanks to Nigel M's very fast response I can announce a new mailing list
for german language exim users and administrators.

For subscription just follow the normal procedure, send a mail with
subject "subscribe" to

    exim-users-de-request@??? 

or use the web interface

    http://lists.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-users-de

This new list is not intended to be a "split". If you consider
subscribing to this german language based list, please do not leave
exim-users. Just add exim-users-de to your subscriptions, if you're
interested.

And tell your friends about the new list. We want to reach admins who
start using other SMTP servers just because they do not know about Exim,
or just because they feel more comfortable having german language lists
for their questions. (The use base of other SMTP servers here in .de
seems to grow, not for technical reasons but because of the language
barrier. (IMHO))
