[exim] Sending SMS through Exim

Hi,

I want to use exim as SMTP which will send SMS to a script which will
redirect it to SMS Gateway. I want to know what ACL i should configure to
allow only Mobile Numbers in recipent and a Router/Transport which will
redirect it to the script. Script will handle the message and forward it to
SMS gateway.
