More complex conditionals can be used; take a look at the full
documentation for address lists:

I'm not sure what you'd make it conditional on, though. Do you want
retry strategy to depend on message content? If you do, I suspect that's
beyond the scope of exim, but you might achieve it using some
combination of `exipick` and `exim -M`.
