Well, there's not a lot to go on... Did you change anything on your server
(the one doing the sending)? As far as you know, did anything change on the
receiving server (the one giving the error)?
What *exactly* does your server's log say (I'll wager it doesn't say
"authentification" for a start). Please post the whole log line, and maybe
the one or two lines preceding it also. (And don't obfuscate: see
http://wiki.exim.org/DontObfuscate).
Finally, what does your server's "authentication" config section look like?
