[exim] limiting connections per recipient

Hello,

Today I ran across this message in log.

"Too many simultaneous connections from same IP address (11 max 10)"

I wonder if it is possible in exim to limit the number of sim.
connections per destanation server (in other words so that when I email
them, exim does not exceed 10 sim. connections).

Of course I can limit this per all outgoing email, but I'd be interested
if it could be limited per domain. Thanks!
