Enhancing exim -bP (or similar) to read macros would allow custom shell scripts
and other helpers to robustly determine information about the current exim
setup, without resorting to flaky methods such as greping the config files or
hardcoding the values that may later be updated.

Inspiration: amgetconf(8) utility from the Amanda backup software.
