I tried to set in a different way the rewriting of header
(with dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config). So, I have alternatively
in /etc/exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf:

dc_hide_mailname='true'
dc_mailname_in_oh='true'

or

dc_hide_mailname='false'
dc_mailname_in_oh='true'

but, in all cases, the address is the external one
and not the internal domain...
