hi,
I am new to PCRE.. I am using PCRE library in windows XP for my appilication.
the problem is ".*" is not matching utf-8 characters.

my utf-8 characters would look like..
select * from `ಉಉವಷಡಢಣತಥವಷಡಢಣತಥ`;
(each character is 3byte in multibyte format)

it is in proper multibyte format when read from a file.
Is it a PCRE limitation?
or do i need to recompile PCRE with utf8 option? (If yes, can u plz provide me
a link on how to go about this?)
or do i just need to upgrade the library?
