For reasons unknown, Apple doesn't ship Leopard Server with the MySQL header
files needed to build Exim with MySQL support. The necessary files can be
found at:
http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/other/MySQL-43.binaries.tar.gz
Thanks to Dale at macftphttp.serverbox.org for pointing this out and finding
the download location.
