[exim] Mail spam

Hello,

Hope you all are fine.

A lot of spam mails are coming through the mail server of our company,
where we are using groupwise mail server. Can we use Exim to take in all
mail, scan it with SpamAssassin,clamv etc before relaying it to our
groupwise mail server?
