Exim packaging is now normally being done by the distribution producers.
Fedora (8 or rawhide) and OpenSuse (10.3) both have packaged 4.68
versions. If those don't fit your systems then I suggest you get the
SRPM from one of those and rebuild it on your system (using rpmbuild --
rebuild exim-package.src.rpm).
