Yup. What the logs above show is that when message 1Iok80-00027W-CS failed,
Exim generated a "bounce" message (1Iok86-00027m-0y), and sent it to
studentnews@???, via the host mailgw2.glos.ac.uk [194.81.184.226].

If you're interested (in general) in being able to track messages with greater
precision, consider using the +smtp_confirmation log selector.
