One of my servers has been listed on SpamCop (due to bounced messages

SpamCop forum I found:-

"My previous host used Exim and all our undeliverable mail was rejected and,
as I recall, it was accomplished through an ACL."
Can anyone suggest an ACL that would assist in this?
I have only been using LINUX/Exim for about 2 months so my confidence and
knowledge are not very advanced
