[exim] headers_remove input from a file

Hi everyone,

Is it possible for the "headers_remove" config file entry to use a file
listing the headers, rather than listing them in the exim config file?
Right now, I have:

headers_remove = X-UID:X-IMAPbase:X-IMAP

... what I'd like to be able to do is something like

headers_remove = <file containing headers to remove>
