[exim] Per RCPT variable

I have users in a directory and for each RCPT is needed at least a
lookup for ACL, other for router and other for transport.

Do exists some means for passing data among acl, routers and transports
per RCPT basis? If no, there is some advises on making LDAP queries so
they can be cached?
