To be sure the score is my server's score, I generally use an ACL like this:
warn
spam = nobody:true
add_header = X-Spam-Score: $spam_score ($spam_bar)
add_header = X-Spam-Report: $spam_report
log_message = Spam-score: $spam_score
It let's you look at the spam score directly in the logs.
