Folks of this sort USUALLY have very strict - even totally contrarian - rules on
email.
Many run it over in 'in-house' nailed-up or Virtual Private Networks with very
tight gateways to/from the outside.
BTDTGTTS (Cable & Wireless & their top global clients).

OK! '..to...' not '..from...'
ISTR several anomalies w/r traffic both to (and from) systems using MessageLabs
services/equipment.
Generally config issues AFAIK, as it is not chronic, most traffic JFW.

IF they allow traffic at all, and IF it is 'conventional' smtp, I have a test
address with very strict rules and verbose logging that might tell the tale.
Send something in the same body format & type of attachments (if any) - dummy
content or an empty file will do - from the server you are having trouble with to:
wbh@???
If there is a rejection it will be 'at once' and the message may give you a
clue, ELSE I'll check my logs for you and try to advise what offends.
