Subject: [exim] Is it possible to deliver locally and relay a mail?
Can I have all mail for one domain delivered into a single local mailbox
and also forward that same mail onto a remote SMTP server, specified by
IP address? Another option would be to relay the mail to two SMTP
servers. Basically I need the mail delivering twice.

While it may sound odd, there is good reason for this. We have a mail
domain currently going to an outsourced system and MX records currently
point to the third party. We want to change the MX records so they point
to us, and still pass the mail up the line to the outsourcing company.
While we bring our replacement on-line, we need the mails coming in
locally for testing. Eventually we will drop the remote relaying.

If anyone can think of a better way of doing this, I'd like to know.

Thanks

Dave
