[exim] Expansion of "bounce_return_body"?

Hi,

is the content of bounce_return_body option expanded during generation of
the bounce message? If so, is $local_part still the original address or
already switched to "<>"?

In general, I set bounce_return_body to "false". But if the bounce is
generated for an mail originating a (broken) forwarding configuration, it
would be very useful to set it to "true". Identifying could be easily done
by a "real-..." prefix of the sender but every try to set
bounce_return_body to an expression results is an error:

    "" is not a valid value for the "bounce_return_body" option
