Being one of the more active members of that irc channel, I feel I have
to respond to this.
Your idea of support seems to be berating people for not reading
documentation, or arguing about the semantics of words like virtual. I
may not have an encyclopedic knowledge of all things exim, but I, and a
few others in that channel, do have a very good grasp of it, and,
rather more usefully in this instance, we are able to help people
without taking personal offence at their lack of knowledge.

Perhaps you should try to calm down a bit, I'm aware you've taken a fair
bit of flack for some of the decisions that were made in packaging exim,
but needlessly insulting people isnt going to help the situation any.
