[exim] Block HELO with IPs

Hi, list!

I have a very strange problem: I will reject the E-Mail with invalid HELO,
and I wrote this in my Exim-Config:

I tough, I will reject the E-Mail with HELO using an IP, but I see always in
my exim_mainlog that it's not so, for example:

F=<speccingww73@???> rejected RCPT <lucabert@???>:
Greylisted 180

Well, can someone help me and say what I do wrong?
