[exim] Backing up or Transferring the Mail Queue

Hello,
I know this is not an exim specific questions (more a mail server newbie
question). I need to transfer the queue from an old server to a new
server. Do I just copy everything I find in /var/mail and
/var/spool/exim{db | input | msglog} from the old server to the new one?
