I created a monster:

maildir_tag = T=${length_50:${sg{${sg{${from_utf8:$acl_m_subject}}{\N[!@#$%^&*()~{}\[\]\|"'`;\:/\?<>,\.]\N}{}}}{ +}{_}}}-S=$message_size

It works but damn! it's ugly. :-)
