Hello,
For informational purposes:
I have set up an ACL like this:
deny
dnslists = +exclude_unknown : bl.spamcop.net : dnsbl.tqmcube.com
!verify = sender/callout=60s,postmaster
It appears that some hotmail servers are blacklisted in tqmcube, so the callout
proceeds to the verification of sender and postmaster. But I get a 554 error for
the RSET command. I guess the RSET is issued between both checks.
(sorry for obfuscation)

I know RFC2821 mandates that:
"The receiver MUST send a "250 OK" reply to a RSET command with no arguments"
And also
"The following commands MUST be
supported to conform to this specification:
EHLO
HELO
MAIL
RCPT
DATA
RSET
NOOP
QUIT
VRFY
"
