I just realized when I requested a password from a website that rewrite rules
are evaluated case sensitive.

I have a local user schmidt, and a local user charlie. All mails for schmidt@
are supposed to be delivered to charlie.
To achieve this I use a rewrite rule:
schmidt@??? charlie@???
One mailer now chose to address the mail to SCHMIDT@???. This mail was
not rewritten, but delivered to the user schmidt instead.
