It is 100% safe. $sender_host_name will only contain a value if the rdns
points back to the same IP. I could set up the rdns of my ip
91.186.24.33 to be foo.hotmail.com, but I couldn't create an A record
pointing foo.hotmail.com back to 91.186.24.33.
