[exim] Different smarthosts by "To:" not "From:" in exim4

Hello,

I am new to this list.

Is it possible to use different smarthosts
in exim4 per recipient, not per sender.

I searched the archive but all I found was
using different smarthost by "From"-Address,
not by "To"-Adress as I would need it.

Maybe someone can shed some light on me?
