[exim] Blocked spam

Currently using spamassassin with exim, email that is flagged as spam
are directed to another email account (spam@???).
This is currently being viewed and then released manually. Is it
possible to allow the email to contain the correct "from and cc
address'es" when released and not spam@??? when it is forwarded
to the original user?

If so, what is the solution on where could I read up on it?
