That doesn't sound right. Neither of your pair
of secondaries should forward to another MX which
is of the same priority, assuming the usual sort
of configuration. What router was actually being
used for this forwarding, and what is *that system's*
view of the DNS? Are the addresses really in
Net 10? Can you run a test mail through in debug mode?

Please don't obfuscate. It makes it harder for anyone
to help you.
