You should build your ACLs based on what you want them to do. You're
unlikely to achieve the desired result by asking advice about taking
out or putting in individual lines. If you're confused about how the
ACLs you have are working, best advice is to start from scratch with
what your requirements are and build up an ACL set that you
understand.
