If the Webmin interface is capable of managing multiple .procmailrc
files in many different accounts then you're almost all the way there
with that router/transport example.
You may need to make minor changes - for example, $home may mean one
thing to Webmin and another to Exim, depending how "virtual" the
accounts are. This is the "off the peg" solution, so it probably needs
tailoring to fit your environment :)
