From what I recall when I tossed together a class to write to the spool
directly a check to see if the queueID/file exists already and to increment
the -xx index if it does and try again. This is where we discovered a minor
problem in that we pumped > 100 messages into the queue per second resulting
in the index overflowing, we had to slow down the code :)
